How do I sign up for RCU Mobile?
All you need is a mobile device with an internet connection. Simply enter www.rcu.org into the browser. To gain access to your account information, you must be enrolled in RCU eBranch. Sign-On using your eBranch Sign-on ID, Passfaces, and password.
How do I get the free RCU Mobile App for iPhone® and iPod touch®?
There are 3 ways to get the free RCU Mobile App for iPhone and iPod touch.
Visit RCU Mobile on the web with your iPhone or iPod touch at www.rcu.org, and click on the "Available on the App Store℠" button. The App Store will open, where you can download the free App.
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPod touch and search for RCU. From there you will find a link to download the free App.
Visit the App Store from within iTunes® on your computer, and search for RCU to download the free App. If you don't have iTunes, you can download it at itunes.apple.com.
How do I get the free RCU Mobile App for Android™?
There are 2 ways to get the free RCU Mobile Android application.

Which mobile devices are supported for RCU Mobile?
You can use RCU Mobile from any internet-enabled mobile device.
However, some older phones cache (save a copy) of pages that you visit while online. To ensure that no account information can be displayed after you sign-off of eBranch, please clear your browser cache on your older phone after each time you sign-off of eBranch.
Is RCU Mobile secure?
Yes. We use 128-bit encryption: Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL) for all communications. This is currently the highest level of security available for Internet transactions.
Please be aware that some older phones cache (save a copy) of pages that you visit while online. To ensure that no account information can be displayed after you sign-off of eBranch, please clear your browser cache on your older phone after each time you sign-off of eBranch.
Is there a charge to use RCU Mobile?
No. RCU Mobile is free of charge. Please check with your wireless carrier if you aren't sure what fees apply.
What happens if I get locked out of RCU Mobile?
As with eBranch, please call RCU Member Service to get unlocked and reset your password if necessary. If you need your Passfaces reset, use full eBranch to learn your faces. You may then return to RCU Mobile.
Why doesn't RCU Mobile accept my sign-on information?
Using your mobile device to enter data takes a little practice. Make sure you are entering your password and Passfaces exactly as they were set up.
Can I use ePay through RCU Mobile?
Business ePay is currently not offered through RCU Mobile.
To use Consumer ePay through RCU Mobile:
You must first enroll in ePay and answer the security questions using your computer.
Use full eBranch on your computer to setup payees.
With existing payees, you can pay your bills through RCU Mobile.
Why am I unable to see the first few transactions of my account history?
Due to the screen size on the mobile device, a limited amount of information can be displayed. Some mobile devices take you to the middle or bottom of a new page instead of the top. Scroll to view more information.
How do I know if my mobile device is web-enabled?
If you have a Browser, MiniBrowser, MicroBrowser, or Wireless Web on your device's menu, then it is web-enabled. Contact your wireless carrier, if you aren't sure whether your mobile device is web-enabled or if any fees apply.
I use a tablet device (iPad®, Android Tablet, etc). Why do I always get directed to RCU Mobile?
If you are using a tablet device and are directed to RCU Mobile, please click on the "View Full eBranch" or "View Full Website" links to use the full eBranch or the full RCU website. RCU is continuously improving our mobile technology, so we are interested to know if this happens to you. If it does, please email RCU Member Service at email@example.com with the Name and Model of your tablet device so we can continue to build our list of tablet devices that should automatically see RCU's full websites.
