RCU is pleased to have Kelly France as one of the INVEST Financial Corporation registered representatives. Kelly serves Members through the RCU Investment & Insurance Team. Kelly joined the RCU Investment & Insurance Team in 2005, after serving the Chippewa Valley as an agent for State Farm*.

Kelly brings an array of knowledge and experience in the financial services industry having worked in various capacities including building financial plans and investment consulting for over 10 years. Her early background in insurance allows for her to offer insight and recommendations on all areas of insurance as well as investments. This gives her the ability to advise her clients by looking at their entire financial picture and providing them with comprehensive financial planning services and product solutions.

Originally from Eau Claire, Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Comprehensive Major in Business/Economics, plus a certificate in Business Communication, from UW-Eau Claire. Kelly continues to expand her knowledge of insurance and investment issues by attending educational seminars and other professional trainings offered by national mutual fund and insurance companies.

Locally, Kelly enjoys serving the community and has held positions on various boards that share the same core values and goal of improving the lives of others. She has served on the Board of Education at Hope Lutheran Church, the Eau Claire Volunteers executive board, and the Youth Services board with Clearwater Kiwanis.

In addition to her community and professional commitments, Kelly is extremely active in her children's school and athletic activities. On the weekends Kelly can most likely be found at a baseball, softball, or basketball game. If not taking in one of her kids' games or at other local sporting events, she will likely be up north fishing, canoeing, playing golf, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, biking and just taking in the outdoors. Kelly's top hobby is photography and the challenge of capturing the beauty of nature on film as well as the precious moments in the life of her family and friends. Kelly is proud to live in Eau Claire with her husband, Matt, and three children. A direct quote, "I can't imagine living anywhere else!"
