Job Description

Job Description

 

The Database Engineer is responsible for developing and managing system databases and associated applications to ensure the confidentiality, security, integrity and availability of credit union data assets, coordinating release updates with multiple vendors and departments within the organization. Develop and maintain documentation which includes: standards, data classification and guidelines to cost effectively develop and manage all credit union databases, regardless of its connectivity to various applications and platforms. This position is also responsible for database oversight within technical architecture and organizational initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of ten years working experience and education equivalent in database administration or support is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field is required.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience supporting Oracle at the DBA level and extensive experience supporting SQL is required.

Limited Term: Community Engagement Intern (Eau Claire)

Work Schedule

Hours and work schedule for this position will vary depending on scheduled events. Day, evening, and weekend hours are anticipated with the position. Job Description

Job Description

The Project Manager will plan, manage, coordinate and implement new initiatives at RCU.  Throughout projects, the Project Manager will ensure that stakeholders and team members are informed as to the status of assigned projects and initiatives while working with task owners to ensure timely and quality completion of project tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of five years of experience working in the field of Project Management is required.
  • Demonstrated use of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies is required.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports.
  • Have a working knowledge of financial services.
