Mortgage Loan Officer (Minnesota)

    Teller (Chippewa Falls)

    Work Schedule

    Part-Time, approximately 35 hours per week. Variable hours between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Monday - Friday and two-three Saturdays per month 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM.  

    ***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday for 3 weeks at RCU Corporate in Eau Claire, WI.

    Job Description

    Candidates are responsible for processing a variety of Member transactions accurately.  Develop and maintain strong Member relationships through professional and courteous service. Must maintain knowledge of RCU products, services, procedures and regulations relating to the Teller functions.

    Required Skills

    • Must have a strong sense customer service
    • Good typing and computer keyboarding skills required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
    • Ability to produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions
    • Basic interviewing and listening skills
    • Ability to exhibit composure, patience and poise when dealing with difficult situations involving Members and/or co-workers
    • Enjoy extensive public contact and assisting people with -problems and finding solutions to their needs.
    • Ability to commit to working at RCU for a minimum of 2 years due to our extensive training program
    • Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture
