We have taken strong measures to ensure your information remains confidential:

RCU eBranch is on a separate, secure server and requires that your browser use 128-bit encryption.

RCU eBranch is password protected. You are the only one who should know your password. If you ever think your password has been compromised, either call Member Service or change it on eBranch.

You are also set up with an image and phrase that only you know. You are able to change this image and phrase as frequently as you like to ensure your information is secure.
