EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Jeff Marty as Vice President of Retail Operations. In this role, Marty is responsible for the developing and executing a strategic plan to provide an exceptional Member experience for retail operations. He will focus on building high performing teams and leading efficient branch operations to provide consistency in processes, relationship building and Member experiences across all Royal offices.
Marty began working for Royal in 2005 as a Teller and progressed to Teller Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Manager II, and most recently served as Regional Director of Branch Operations. He is currently working towards completing his bachelor’s degree in business management.
Marty has been involved in many Royal committees including Young Professionals, Exploring Leadership Mentoring, Online Banking Conversion Committee, Digital Ambassadors, and the Accuracy Committee. He is active in the community through his volunteer work at the Feed My People Food Bank, The Community Table, and Adopt-A-Highway. Marty is also a recent graduate of The Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Eau Claire program. He currently resides in Eau Claire with his wife and two children.
