- Personal Financial Statement Workbook (XLSX) - Provides detailed personal financial information to Royal. Includes separate sheets/tabs for a Debt Schedule and Rent Roll.
- Personal Financial Statement Addendum (PDF) - A signed addendum is required if using a template other than Royal's Personal Financial Statement Workbook above.
- Rent Roll (XSLX) - Provides key information about rental agreements on investment properties.
- Debt Schedule (XLSX) - Provides details of all business debt.
- Capital Expenditure Plan (XLSX) - Details capital expenditure plans over the next 12 months.
- Capital Expenditure Advance Request Form (PDF) - Used to request an advance for capital expenditures on an established Royal CapEx Masterline.
