Altoona, WI –Royal Credit Union (Royal) announced the opening of its new Altoona office. The office is located at 1159 Blazing Star Boulevard and the lobby is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. -12 p.m. on Saturdays. Drive-up hours are be 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturdays. Two drive-up ATMs are also available 24 hours a day. This new location replaces the previous Eau Claire North office on Birch Street which will be converted to a mortgage operations center. While the Birch Street location will centralize mortgage operations, Royal will continue to make it easy for its Members by offering access to mortgage lenders in multiple offices and communities.

While we have always been a close neighbor, we are thrilled to officially join the Altoona community and be a part of the continued growth of the River Prairie development.”
The new Altoona office offers approximately 4,200 square feet of space and an easily accessible drive-up, ATMs and parking lot. The offices features the latest technology and a lobby designed to enhance privacy and create a comfortable environment for Members to ask questions and seek advice on their personal financial matters.
The grand opening celebration for the office will begin on Monday, July 18, 2022. Members are community residents are invited to visit the office throughout the week for a special treat and the chance to enter a drawing for large gift baskets. A ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce will occur on July 19, 2022.
