Dr Ilitch was born and raised in Mexico, he came to the U.S. with a passion for helping others. He was deeply impacted by the way many older adults were placed in large nursing homes, often far from the love and attention of their families. This inspired a mission: to create smaller, high-quality, homelike environments for assisted living and memory care.
Their journey began five years ago with countless challenges—from zoning regulations to securing financing.
