$250 New Checking Offer
Open a new Royal checking account, and after two payroll direct deposits Royal will deposit a $250 bonus into your Royal savings account. Open your account online and use the drop-down menu options to indicate that you are eligible for an employer partnership offer as an Xcel Energy Employee or Retiree, then select the existing Employee or Retiree option.* Existing checking accounts do not qualify. Employees/retirees cannot have had a previously closed checking account with Royal in the last twelve (12) months.
$225 Mortgage Closing Offer
Finance your home with a Royal mortgage and we’ll give you a $225 prepaid Visa® gift card after closing. Gift cards are mailed to you about a month after closing. Simply indicate that you are an Xcel Energy Employee or Retiree in the employment section of your mortgage application to redeem this offer. This offer can’t be combined with the Appraisal Credit Offer.**
Up To $500 Mortgage Appraisal Credit Offer
Finance your home with a Royal mortgage and save up to $500 in appraisal fees. This amount will cover the entire cost of an appraisal in most cases. The savings will be applied to the closing costs. Simply indicate that you are an Xcel Energy Employee or Retiree in the employment section of your mortgage application to redeem this offer.
