Royal Credit Union has purchased property at Lot 5 on Chippewa Mall Drive for the future development of a new office in Chippewa Falls, reinforcing Royal’s ongoing investment in the region and dedication to delivering convenient, local service.
Royal has been a part of the Chippewa Falls community for more than 50 years and currently operates two offices in the city. Once construction is complete, the existing Chippewa Falls South office on Woodward Avenue will transition to the new site, while the Chippewa Falls Downtown office on Bay Street will remain open.
The new office will be located within the Chippewa Crossing development, a growing retail corridor that provides easy access to a variety of nearby businesses and services. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2027, with the new office expected to open in late fall.
