EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Courtney Ricci as Branch Manager II at the Chippewa Falls South office. Ricci’s responsibilities include providing a superior level of Member service through ongoing coaching, guiding and development of highly engaged team members along with managing branch operations.
Ricci began working for Royal in May 2018 as a Member Account Representative. Since then, she has also held the role of Branch Supervisor and most recently, Branch Manager at Royal’s Eau Claire Southwest office. Ricci is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
Ricci is looking forward to learning more about the Chippewa Falls community and serving the Members and team members. Ricci lives in Eau Claire with her husband, Jake, and two children, Aiden and Hailey.
