EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Nicole Frederick’s promotion to Member Experience Manager. In this position, Frederick is responsible for the deployment and development of the Member Experience team and working collaboratively with Branch and Operations leaders to provide training, staffing and peer mentoring for front-line team members while delivering an exceptional experience for Royal’s Members.
Frederick began working at Royal in October 2015 as a Teller. Since joining Royal, Frederick continued to advance through various front-line positions, with her most recent position being Branch Manager II at Royal’s Chippewa Falls South office. In her new role, Frederick is excited to work with the Member Experience team to help create efficiencies throughout Royal’s offices.
Frederick holds an associate’s degree in business management from Chippewa Valley Technical College, has a certificate in the fundamentals of leadership from MRA, and is a Credit Union National Association Certified Financial Counselor.
In the community, Frederick is the chair of the volunteer committee for Chippewa Falls Oktoberfest and the Secretary for Lowes Creek Baseball. She is also a member of Royal’s Young Professionals group.
Frederick lives in Eau Claire with her husband, Troy, son Bradley, daughter Charlie, and 3 dogs.
