EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Robyn Zentgraf as Branch Manager of the Eau Claire Southwest office. In this position, Zentgraf is responsible for coaching and guiding her team to provide exceptional Member service and foster growth. Zentgraf also works to represent Royal in the community and build relationships with residents and businesses.
In May of 2021, Zentgraf started working for Royal as a Member Account Representative. Zentgraf attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where she earned a bachelor’s degree in geography with an emphasis in natural resources. Zentgraf is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor. Financial education is a priority for Zentgraf as she participates in many Test Drive events and assists with Royal’s School $ense program.
Zentgraf is looking forward to supporting her team and helping them reach their personal goals while continuing to support the community. Outside of work, Zentgraf resides in Durand where she enjoys spending time with her wife, two dogs, and cat.
