EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Ian Peterson as Member Lending Manager. In this position, Peterson is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the member lending team to maximize call center efficiency and ensure an exceptional experience for all Members.
Peterson started at Royal in April 2019 as a Member Lending Specialist. Since then, Peterson has been promoted to Member Lending Specialist II, Member Lending Team Lead, and most recently Member Lending Supervisor. Peterson received an associate degree in accounting from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
In the community, Peterson can be found volunteering at Sounds Like Summer Concert Series in Eau Claire and is an Eagle Scout. Peterson is excited to develop strategies to help his team provide exceptional, fast, and enthusiastic service. In his free time, Peterson enjoys spending time with his dog, Junior. Peterson currently resides in Altoona.
