EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) has announced Glen Kennison as Vice President – Enterprise Credit Risk Officer, a newly created role designed to strengthen and unify credit risk oversight and strategy across the organization.
In this role, Kennison is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining Royal’s enterprise-wide credit risk management framework across all lending channels, as well as governance practices that support sound credit oversight and align with Royal’s strategic objectives.

“Royal already has a strong lending foundation, and I’m excited to build on that by strengthening alignment in strategy, risk controls, and portfolio oversight across the organization to help Royal achieve its goals and visions.” Kennison said.
Kennison joined Royal in December 2010 and previously served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management as a co-leader of business lending while also maintaining responsibility over the collections function. He currently participates in several key cross-departmental committees that support credit strategy, lending decisions, and financial management.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, both from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the Royal Credit Union team,” said Swope. “I look forward to collaborating to develop innovative solutions that strengthen Member relationships and support sustained growth.”
