EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Nevada Hanson as the new Branch Manager II at its Chippewa Falls Downtown office. As Branch Manager, Hanson will oversee daily branch operations, lead and motivate her team, and ensure exceptional Member interactions.
Hanson joined Royal in 2020 as a Member Account Representative. Shortly after, she became one of the first Member Experience Ambassadors where she played a key role in training new team members and helping them develop within their roles. Hanson found a passion for leadership as a Member Experience Ambassador, which led her to become a Branch Supervisor and later, the Branch Manager at the Menomonie North Office. She holds an associate's degree in business management from Western Technical College and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Beyond her professional achievements, Hanson is deeply involved in the community. She currently serves as Vice President for the Menomonie Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals and the Secretary for the Menomonie Workforce and Education Committee.
Hanson is excited to build strong connections in the Chippewa Falls community and is committed to helping her team grow in their careers at Royal.
