EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Frank Piechorowski as Software Engineering Manager. In this role, Piechorowski is responsible for building and maintaining a high performing team of Software Developers. He will oversee the improvement of existing software as well as assist in the development of future systems that will benefit both Royal team members and Members.
Piechorowski brings over 25 years of technology leadership experience across a variety of industries, including logistics, hospitality, and retail. He looks forward to helping his team grow their individual strengths, as well as advancing Royal’s software development, allowing it to reach its full potential.
Piechorowski holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM™) certification, along with certifications in AI literacy and prompt engineering. He incorporates presence, mindfulness, and active listening in his leadership approach to foster strong collaborative teams. Outside of his professional work, Piechorowski is passionate about mentoring and enjoys speaking at leadership forums and team development sessions.
