Dustin Hurtgen

Dusty has been a part of the banking industry for over 23 years, including 17 years in commercial lending.  He has been a team member at Royal since 2022 and is passionate about Royal’s core value “Make It Easy” when working with business Members. Dusty also enjoys helping Members explore different financing options and finding the one that best fits their needs.

Dusty graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in business finance and minor in accounting. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking program at UW-Madison.

Living in Eau Claire with his wife and three kids, Dusty enjoys being active outdoors and spending time at their cabin up north. He also volunteers at the YMCA and other local sports organizations. Dusty is currently a board member for REACH, Inc. and is on the Town of Washington Planning Commission.
