Mitch Anderson

Mitch Anderson brings a relationship-driven approach to his as a business banking officer, focusing on personalized support for Members as they navigate their financial goals. Throughout recent years in a management position, Mitch worked closely with both Members and business Members, gaining a deep understanding of their financial needs. Today, he partners with local business owners to provide lending solutions and recommend products and services that help support growth and long-term success.

Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. Cloud State University and has completed Royal Credit Union’s Exploring Leadership Program. He is actively involved in the business community as a member of VHEDC North Metro Young Professionals, the Forest Lake Chamber of Commerce, and the Hugo Business Association. Mitch also appreciates the value of Royal’s Test Drive events, which help educate youth on the importance of budgeting and financial responsibility.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys golfing and keeping up with Minnesota professional sports, often with a game playing in the background at home. He’s passionate about staying active, enjoying time with friends and family, and following his favorite teams throughout the year.
