Dawn Coerber

Dawn brings more than 22 years of banking experience to her role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Royal Credit Union. Over the course of her career, she has held a wide range of positions, including Teller, Personal Banker, Mortgage Lending Assistant, Mortgage Processor, Mortgage Closer, and Jr. Mortgage Loan Officer. This well-rounded background gives her a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish and allows her to guide Members with confidence and clarity at every step.

Dawn is excited to serve as a Mortgage Loan Officer and is passionate about helping Members find the financing option that best fits their needs. She is committed to delivering excellent customer service and making the mortgage process as understandable, smooth, and stress-free as possible. With experience in conventional first mortgages, lot and construction loans, bridge loans, and home equity products, Dawn brings valuable insight and practical knowledge to each Member relationship.

Outside of work, Dawn serves as Treasurer for the Somerset Robotics Team, a role she has proudly held since 2016. In her free time, she enjoys walking the St. Croix River Crossing Loop, reading, and spending time with her husband, adult children, and grandson.
