"I've used RCU for many many years now. They handle my business accounts, personal accounts and I've used them for several different loans. They are always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their online banking is simple to use, and the branch hours are very convenient for even the busiest schedule.” – MEE Royal Member
Meet The Branch Manager
Zach Mara
“As a Branch Manager at Royal, I find immense fulfillment in working closely with my team and helping them grow. Whether through mentorship, collaboration, or knowledge-sharing, I love supporting their development. I also enjoy the daily interactions with our Members—building and strengthening those relationships makes every day both exciting and rewarding.
What I love most about my community is its close-knit and supportive nature. In our smaller town, people genuinely look out for one another, always ready to lend a hand or check in. From sporting events and the racetrack to our historic downtown, there are so many ways for people to come together and build lasting connections.
I’m proud to serve as a board member for the Chamber and have spent the past decade helping organize the Dunn County Co-Op Breakfast and Lunch. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering as a coach for the Menomonie Hoops Club and the Menomonie Jr. Mustangs program for the past five years, supporting local youth sports and mentoring young athletes.
Fun fact: Coaching has always been a passion of mine! I’ve enjoyed coaching both my daughters’ sports teams and football in the past. When I’m not on the sidelines, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, working on my swing and enjoying the outdoors."
