“As a Branch Manager, I’m passionate about developing my team. I enjoy learning their strengths, understanding what motivates them, and being their biggest supporter throughout their journey at Royal. I take pride in fostering a culture of appreciation, member-focused service, and growth.
Having lived in Eau Claire for over 20 years, I love how our community combines a small-town feel with big-town amenities. Being in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire is especially meaningful to me. Supporting local businesses and watching our city thrive is crucial for its ongoing success, and I’m grateful to be a part of that growth.
I’m also proud to be part of Leadership Eau Claire, where I connect with local leaders from a variety of industries. Each month, we learn more about our city, from arts and tourism to how we can support these sectors through organizations like Royal Credit Union.
