Local Credit Union of Choice
“I just left the Osceola location, got home and immediately texted my wife that I had the most pleasant banking experience I’ve ever had, and at 64 years old I’ve had a lot. Well done Royal Credit Union, you’re setting the bar high for other banks!”

Meet The Branch Manager
Tiffany Molenaar
"As a Branch Manager at Royal Credit Union, I love that every day is an opportunity to make a difference, whether I’m helping a Member reach a financial milestone or creating a positive, uplifting environment for my team. I’m passionate about building meaningful connections and adding a little creativity to the workplace. From themed decorations to mini game stations, I believe work should be both productive and fun! What I love about my community is that Osceola is truly a gem. The small-town charm, the way everyone rallies around local businesses, and the genuine sense of belonging make it a wonderful place to serve. You can feel the connection here in every coffee shop conversation and community celebration.
I also love being part of a community where giving back matters. Whether I’m volunteering at local events, supporting school activities, or finding ways to help neighbors, I enjoy pitching in and helping create those little moments that make our community stronger.
Fun fact: I’m all about adding a smile for our team and our Members! Whether it’s creating spaces for coffee chats, celebrating wins big and small, or finding small moments to brighten someone’s day, I love making every visit feel special. Life’s better with a smile!"
