Congratulations to Jo Ann Gotlibson on her retirement, effective May 7! Jo Ann was a Mortgage Processing Assistant and has been in this role since July 2020.
Jo Ann started her journey with Royal in January 2015. She first worked at Royal as a Teller II in 2010 before moving to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After returning to the area, she rejoined Royal as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist and later transitioned into her current role as a Mortgage Processing Assistant. Throughout her time, she has supported the mortgage process by ordering and processing important documents needed for mortgage loans.
Jo Ann has also been actively involved in giving back to the community through volunteering at the Rock the Riverfront Charity Classic Race, Feed My People Food Bank, and helping guide “Savin Sammy” through events in Phoenix Park.
Jo Ann will miss the people she worked with the most. In her retirement, Jo Ann and her husband plan to travel more, tackle projects on a long “to do” list at home, spend time gardening and crafting, and possibly open a dog grooming business.
