HUDSON, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Grant Lokken as Branch Manager of its Hudson office. In this role, Lokken will oversee daily branch operations, lead and motivate his team, and ensure exceptional Member interactions.
Lokken joined Royal in 2022, as a Member Account Representative in Hudson. He most recently served as a Member Experience Ambassador, where he played a key part in training new team members and helping them develop in their roles. Within Royal, Lokken is active in the On-the-Job Training steering team, the On-the-Job Training Network, Digital Engagement committee, and Young Professionals. Lokken has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor through America’s Credit Unions.
Lokken is looking forward to returning to the Hudson area and building relationships with Members and within the community.
