RIVER FALLS, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Lisa Babineau as Branch Manager of its River Falls office. In this role, Babineau will lead daily branch operations while developing and motivating her team to deliver outstanding service to Members and the community.
Babineau joined Royal in May 2010 as a Teller and has held multiple positions since, including Member Account Representative and most recently, Branch Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French with a minor in American Indian Studies and is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
“I am most excited about expanding my positive impact by leading a new team, enhancing branch operations, and continuing to serve the River Falls community,” said Babineau.
In addition to her branch leadership experience, Babineau has contributed to several key Royal initiatives, including the Business Online Banking Upgrade and the Lake Area Bank merger. She is actively involved in Royal’s Frontline Efficiency Group, as well as regional chamber events. Babineau is also engaged in the community, volunteering as Treasurer for the Open Door Clinic.
