OSCEOLA, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Tiffany Molenaar as Branch Manager II of its Osceola office. In this role, Molenaar will lead the team in delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships with Members, and ensuring smooth and successful branch operations. She is passionate about coaching and inspiring her team while creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
Molenaar began her career in banking as a high school teller and quickly discovered her passion for the industry. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles, gaining extensive experience in business and relationship building. In her new role, Molenaar is most excited to foster strong connections with the Osceola community and watch her team grow and succeed together.
Molenaar is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business management at St. Catherine University. She is also deeply involved in community events, school activities, and local initiatives including serving as a Board Member for the Falls Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Molenaar enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, adventuring and making lasting memories together.
