Alicia Reinhardt

Alicia brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her role as a business banking officer at Royal Credit Union. She began her career in business loan processing and later worked directly with Members at Royal’s St. Croix Falls office, giving her a well-rounded understanding of small business needs and the communities that they serve.

Alicia is excited to partner with business Members by matching them with the right products and services to support growth and long-term success. As a Certified Financial Counselor, she is well-equipped to provide practical financial solutions and guidance tailored to each business’s goals.

Alicia is actively involved in her community, volunteering annually with the Polk County Kinship Luau, serving on the Marketing and Fundraising Committee for the STAR Education Foundation, and serving on the Falls Chamber Board.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and grandson. She loves being outdoors hunting, relaxing at the family cabin, and exploring the trails in their UTV.
