- Do I need to do anything before this change? We recommend updating your Royal mobile app to the latest version on or after May 27. (You must be using the latest mobile app version to see these enhancements!)
- Is anything changing with my accounts? Nothing is changing with accounts – this is only an update to our online banking and mobile app experience.
- Do I still log in the same way? Yes, you’ll still log in the same way. You’ll see some of the screens have a new look and feel, but things will work the same. You’ll continue using the same username and password.
- What if I can’t find a feature? Most features aren’t moving, but we are making a few menu changes to make things easier to find. Take time to look around – everything you’re used to will still be available.
- Do these changes impact business online banking and the business mobile app experience? Yes, these changes impact both personal online banking and the personal mobile app experience as well as business online banking and the business app experience.
