EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) has announced Nic Gredyk as Enterprise Risk Manager. In this role, Gredyk will lead Royal’s enterprise risk and resilience strategy and oversee key programs including Enterprise Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Physical Security, while providing expert guidance on emerging risks and regulatory requirements.

Gredyk brings more than 15 years of experience in risk management across the telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Montana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University. Gredyk has earned a CRVPM IV designation from the Compliance Institute and has completed specialized training and certification through the Project Management Academy.
Outside of work, Gredyk is actively involved in autism awareness and various disability rights communities.
