Teana Dahlby

With more than 24 years of experience, Teana brings a strong Members-first mindset to her role as a Mortgage Loan Specialist at Royal Credit Union. She began her career as a teller and advanced through multiple office and lending roles, including experience in underwriting, before beginning a new role working directly with Members on home equity lines of credit as a Mortgage Loan Specialist. Teana’s well-rounded background allows her to confidently guide Members through their financial decisions with care and expertise.

Teana is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys expanding her knowledge to better serve Members. She is also a certified credit union financial counselor, adding to her ability to support a range of Member needs throughout the home equity line of credit lending process.

Outside of work, Teana enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, connecting with friends and family, and being outdoors.
