After 15 years of devoted service to Royal Credit Union, Barb Eisold is entering retirement. Throughout the past 15 years, Barb has truly been a team member who has lived by Royal’s core values. To send Barb off, we wanted to share a little about her and her time spent here.
Barb joined the Royal team in June of 2005 as a Member Service Representative. Since May of 2011, however, Barb has been serving our members as a Deposit Operations Specialist ll. In her role, Barb was responsible for ensuring online account organization, taking care of deceased accounts, many reporting duties, and performing verifications.
While at Royal, Barb wore many hats. Here are a few roles Barb took on;
- Member Service Representative ll
- Member Service Trainer
- Fish Crew Lead
- Member Service Manual Committee Representative
- Online Account New Vendor Committee
- Summit Planning Committee
Barb’s kindness will be missed by all the lives she has touched during her time at Royal; this is evident by the numerous ‘high five’ awards Barb was awarded by other team members. Within the community, Barb is an active in the Lake Wissota Lions Club.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with our Members through the years, helping them with their banking needs. I have had the opportunity to work with so many great people and many great leaders! I treasure the time that I spent with such great people, I will miss everyone.” Barb says, however, she is looking forward to be able to spend more time with her children and grandchildren in retirement. Barb will be relishing retirement on Lake Wissota in Chippewa Falls with her husband, Scott.
Because of team members like Barb, Royal Credit Union can uphold its core values. During her time Barb assisted countless members with all of their banking needs. Barb was a light to everyone she encountered and her warmth will be missed within Royal. Thank you for all you have done for Royal Barb, we wish you a wonderful retirement!
