Congratulations to Pam Talmage on her upcoming retirement on July 3! Pam is a Branch Manager in Osceola and has been in this role since March 2015.
Pam began her journey with Royal on June 1, 2010, and has held several positions over the years, including Teller, Member Account Representative, Branch Team Lead, and Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, Pam has led the team at the Osceola location- focusing on inspiring the team to bring their best every day and ensuring smooth operations to deliver an exceptional experience for our Members.
Pam is deeply committed to community engagement, building strong relationships, and spreading the word about Royal. She has actively participated in various activities and committees, including financial counseling. She also served as an ambassador for the Osceola Chamber for over three years and was a board member for six years.
When reflecting on her time at Royal, Pam shared that she would miss working with such an incredible group of individuals and will cherish all the memories created together at Royal.
In her retirement, Pam plans to spend time with her family and travel across the U.S. to visit loved ones. She looks forward to gardening, quilting, and fishing alongside her husband. She is excited to be present and savor the peaceful moments like watching birds flutter by, deer gracefully run through the yard, and geese and swans glide across the lake, all while sipping coffee on the deck.
