Eau Claire, WI – Royal Credit Union announced today it has purchased land at the intersection of Blazing Star Boulevard and River Prairie Drive in Altoona, Wisconsin. The property is adjacent to Woodman’s Gas & Lube Center. Royal will convert its current Eau Claire North Office on Birch Street to a mortgage operations center and relocate retail office operations for the area to a new nearby Altoona Office location. In addition, Royal has purchased property at 317 North Barstow Street in Eau Claire. Retail office operations currently conducted at Royal’s Eau Claire Downtown Office on Bellinger Street will be relocated to the Barstow Street location when construction is complete. The development timeline is still being determined for both locations and construction plans are in the preliminary discussion stage.
