Congratulations Tammy S. Busse!

Tammy Busse has held a variety of roles at Royal Credit Union in Rice Lake since she joined the team in 1998. However, one thing that hasn’t changed in her 21 years of service is her commitment to providing excellent Member service. On Friday, December 6, Tammy is retiring from Royal. Before she leaves us, we wanted to share how she has made a positive impact in the lives she’s touched!

Photo of TammyTammy is currently a Member Account Representative at Royal. She opens accounts, processes teller transactions, fills cash machines, orders vault cash, and helps Members with loans. She has also served as a teller and assistant teller supervisor. Tammy is dedicated to helping the credit union improve and team members succeed. She serves on the deposits community committee, is an on-the-job trainer, and assists with our School $ense program. She also helps with Kids Club events at the Pumpkin Patch, Test Drive….Next Stop Reality, and the Barron County Co-Op event.

Tammy says she has enjoyed getting know Royal’s Members over the years and considers her fellow team members a large, extended family!

“When I first started here I never thought I would actually be retiring from here but when I start something I like to see it thru until the very end,” Tammy said. “Also thanks to the wonderful extended family I made here at Royal, we have been through a lot these past years such as weddings, graduations, funerals, births, hospital stays, and many happy after work events.”

In retirement Tammy is looking forward to working two new part-time jobs only 1-mile from her home, tending to her flower garden and spending time with family and friends. We’re also told Callie and Ozzie, Tammy’s cats/best friends, are looking forward to having her home more as well!

Congratulations Tammy and thank you for the positive impact you have made in the lives of our Members and team members. We appreciate your many contributions over the years and wish you the very best in your retirement.
