Congratulations to Lynn Wathke on her retirement, effective April 1! Lynn is a Member Service Representative II and has been in this role since November 2020.
Lynn started her journey with Royal in Member Service. Throughout her time, she has supported Members by answering calls, assisting with questions, and providing helpful solutions. She has also served as an On-the-Job Trainer, helping guide and support fellow team members.
Lynn will miss working with the great supervisors and team members in her department, as well as talking with and helping the Members who call in. In her retirement, Lynn plans to leisurely work on projects around the house, along with traveling and enjoying vacations.
Thank you, Lynn, for your dedication to our Members, team members, and communities. You have truly created a positive impact.
