Josh has been in the financial industry for over 15 years and has previously been part of office, management, mortgage, and information technology teams at various financial institutions. Josh found his passion over eight years ago when he began working as a business banker and lender, helping small businesses and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals. Josh is an advocate for small businesses in the communities he serves, especially through his participation in local Chambers of Commerce in Edina, Apple Valley, Inver Grove Heights, and the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Josh is also dedicated to fighting food insecurity in local communities by helping at food shelves and food drives to ensure that families have access to healthy food options. Josh has been a committee member for the Anoka County Pheasants Forever chapter for over 15 years, with a focus on protecting and increasing outdoor habitat for animals and people to enjoy. Outside of work, Josh loves spending time outdoors, especially traveling and hiking with his wife and two children as well as hunting and fishing.
