Jack Livingston

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Jack joined Royal’s Business lending team in 2022 as a Business Banking Officer before transitioning to his current role as Commercial Loan Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana. Jack enjoys partnering with business owners and investors across a wide range of industries, with a particular passion for helping Members navigate all aspects of commercial real estate financing—from purchases and refinancing to construction and long-term investment strategies.

Jack is active in several professional and community organizations. He serves on the Emerging Leaders board of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate, is an active participant in the Minnesota Real Estate Exchangors (MREE), and serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Circle Pines. He is also a proud graduate of the Leadership St. Paul program and has been recognized with the Rising Star Award by the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation, as well as a Top Ambassador during his time with the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he serves at Eagle Brook Church and participates in a variety of local community events.

In his free time, Jack and his wife, Kelly, enjoy staying active, exploring new parks, traveling, and discovering the best coffee spots in the Twin Cities.
