He has served as a board member for non-profit organizations throughout his career including Feed My People and the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic.
Jay lives on a hobby farm in Eau Claire with his wife Michelle. Together, they love spending time with their two kids and grandchildren. In his free time, Jay enjoys various outdoor activities like golfing, hiking, and fishing.
